Female patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Sirolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dialysis , renal failure acute. Sirolimus dosage: 5 MG 1X PER 1 DAY; 15 MG 1X PER 1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with THYMOGLOBULIN, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
