Sirolimus side effect was reported by a Health Professional from AUSTRALIA on Oct 02, 2007. Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Sirolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: axillary mass, blood creatinine increased, hepatic lesion, liver function test abnormal, metastases to bone marrow, neuroendocrine carcinoma of the skin, oedema peripheral. Sirolimus dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, CICLOSPORIN. Patient died.
