Female patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against transplant rejection and was treated with Sirolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, haemodialysis, iatrogenic injury, kidney transplant rejection, leukopenia, nephroangiosclerosis, nephropathy toxic, renal tubular necrosis. Sirolimus dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
