Male patient, 37 years of age, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Sirolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood culture positive, diarrhoea, epstein-barr virus infection, glomerulonephritis membranoproliferative, kidney enlargement, lymphoproliferative disorder, nephrectomy, pyrexia. Sirolimus dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SIMULECT, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, METHYLPREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
