Sintrom side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 23, 2004. Male patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism, convulsion, oligodendroglioma, pain What is  pain, prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer, thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Sintrom. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatocellular damage, international normalised ratio decreased. Sintrom dosage: 5 TO 6 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TEGRETOL, TEMODAL, CELEBREX, NEXIUM, FRAXIPARINE, TRAMAL. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, hypertension, insomnia and was treated with Sintrom. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haematoma, cerebral haemorrhage, hemiparesis, hypoaesthesia, international normalised ratio decreased. Sintrom dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN, TRANXILIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
