Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, hypertension, ill-defined disorder and was treated with Sinequan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diabetes mellitus, hypertension, insomnia, intervertebral disc protrusion, pruritus, rash erythematous, rash papular, spinal column stenosis. Sinequan dosage: 50 MG (50 MG, 1 IN 1 D) ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CATAPRES, ADVIL, LOTENSIN, XANAX, CELEBREX, SYNTHROID, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
