Female patient, weighting 120.0 lb, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Sinequan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthritis , body height decreased, intervertebral disc protrusion, lichen planus, memory impairment, nervous system disorder, paralysis , somnolence. Sinequan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, EVISTA, MAXALT, DURAGESIC, KLONOPIN, NEXIUM, DARVOCET. Patient recovered.
