Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease , essential hypertension, myocardial ischaemia and was treated with Sinemet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: psychotic disorder . Sinemet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIRAPEXIN, SEGURIL, OLMETEC, ISCOVER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
