Simvastin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 01, 2008. Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Simvastin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: rhabdomyolysis. Simvastin dosage: 80 MG AT BEDTIME PO. During the same period patient was treated with GEMFIBROZIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
