Simvastin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 17, 2008. Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease , sleep apnoea syndrome and was treated with Simvastin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspiration, cerebrovascular accident. Simvastin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMANTADINE, LORAZEPAM, ROPINIROLE, HYDROCODONE. Patient died on 12/06/2008.
