Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 308.6 lb, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Simulect. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, dyspnoea, lung disorder, pleural effusion, pneumonia , pneumonitis. Simulect dosage: 20 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with NEORAL, ERL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
