Simulect side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Sept 13, 2007. Male patient, 59 years of age, weighting 188.7 lb, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Simulect. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, asthma , blood creatinine increased, bronchitis , graft dysfunction, renal failure acute, weight decreased. Simulect dosage: 40MG PER MONTH. During the same period patient was treated with MYFORTIC, IMURAN, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Simulect dosage: 20 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with NEORAL, CELLCEPT, MEDROL, RITUXAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, arteriovenous graft thrombosis, blood amylase increased, cholecystitis infective, neutrophil count increased, pancreatic abscess, pancreatitis haemorrhagic, pancreatitis necrotising, removal of transplanted organ. Simulect dosage: 10 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with URBASON, GOBEMICINA, PROGRAF, TOBRADISTIN, CELLCEPT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Simulect dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPREDNISOLONE, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, TACROLIMUS, AZATHIOPRINE. Patient died.
