Simethicone side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 14, 2007. Male patient, 72 years of age, was treated with Simethicone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, disease progression, pleural effusion, pneumonia , pneumopericardium. Simethicone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COLACE, LACTULOSE, MS CONTIN, TEGAFUR, GIMERACIL, BEVACIZUMAB, OXALIPLATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, atrial fibrillation , chest pain , disease progression, ejection fraction decreased, electrocardiogram repolarisation abnormality, fungal infection , haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased. Simethicone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COLACE, LACTULOSE, MS CONTIN, TEGAFUR, GIMERACIL, BEVACIZUMAB, OXALIPLATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
