Sildenafil Side Effects Report #5168411-7
Sildenafil side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 27, 2006. Female patient, 51 years of age, weighting 118.2 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension  and was treated with Sildenafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic function abnormal, off label use, platelet count decreased, right ventricular failure. Sildenafil dosage: 18.75 MG (6.25 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, BERAPROST, CALCIUM CARBONATE, METLIGINE, RISUMIC, CALCIUM POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: platelet count decreased, pneumonia , white blood cell count decreased. Sildenafil dosage: DAILY DOSE:14MG. During the same period patient was treated with FUROSEMIDE, ALDACTONE, PROCYLIN, ANGINAL, TRACLEER, WARFARIN, FERROMIA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
