Sildenafil Side Effects Report #5168523-8
Sildenafil side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 27, 2006. Male patient, 76 years of age, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension  and was treated with Sildenafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: interstitial lung disease, off label use. Sildenafil dosage: 50 MG (50 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BERAPROST, OXYGEN, LASIX, NORVASC, URINORM, ANPLAG, LANSOPRAZOLE. Patient died on 03/01/2005.

During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, BERAPROST, LASIX, TORSEMIDE, TICLOPIDINE, MECOBALAMIN, DIART, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Sildenafil dosage: 75 MG (25 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with EPOPROSTENOL, TRACLEER, WARFARIN, OXYGEN, ALDACTONE, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Sildenafil dosage: 18.75 MG (6.25 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, BERAPROST, CALCIUM CARBONATE, METLIGINE, RISUMIC, CALCIUM POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
