Sildenafil Side Effects Report #5194320-3
Sildenafil side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Nov 30, 2006. Female patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension  and was treated with Sildenafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, chest pain , diplopia, epistaxis, haemothorax, pulmonary haemorrhage, transaminases increased, visual disturbance. Sildenafil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ILOMEDIN, TRACLEER, TRUVADA, KALETRA, SUSTIVA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, cystitis, dyspepsia, hypoxia, international normalised ratio increased, myalgia, pharyngolaryngeal pain, plasmapheresis, pyrexia. Sildenafil dosage: 240 MG (80 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FLOLAN, OXYCONTIN, OXYCODONE HYDROCHLORIDE AND ACETAMINOPHEN, NOVOSPIROTON, NOVOSEMIDE, AMITRIPTYLINE HYDROCHLORIDE, CITALOPRAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/07/2006.
