Male patient, weighting 206.6 lb, was diagnosed with obesity , myocardial ischaemia, sleep disorder , depression  and was treated with Sibutramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, mitral valve incompetence. Sibutramine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, CLOXAZOLAM, TRAZODONE, DEANXIT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
