Male patient, 36 years of age, weighting 275.6 lb, was diagnosed with obesity  and was treated with Sibutramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, cardiomyopathy , ejection fraction decreased, fatigue, nocturnal dyspnoea, upper respiratory tract infection, ventricular extrasystoles, ventricular hypokinesia, weight increased. Sibutramine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
