Sibutramine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from IRELAND on Oct 29, 2007. Female patient, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with obesity What is  obesity and was treated with Sibutramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, amnesia, anger, back pain What is  back pain, crying, disturbance in attention, dry mouth, eye pain, feeling abnormal. Sibutramine dosage: 15MG TWICE DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, weighting 215.0 lb, was diagnosed with obesity What is  obesity, diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent, cardiac aneurysm, myocardial ischaemia, transient ischaemic attack, hyperchlorhydria, dyslipidaemia, cardiac failure congestive and was treated with Sibutramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, cardiac failure, hydrothorax, pleural effusion, staphylococcal infection What is  staphylococcal infection. Sibutramine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN, ACENOCOUMAROL, METOPROLOL, TRIMETAZIDINE, FAMOTIDINE, SIMVASTATIN, HUMULIN R, DIGOXIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
