Male patient, child 3. years of age, weighting 66.14 lb, was diagnosed with induction of anaesthesia, analgesic effect, hypotonia, prophylaxis and was treated with Sevoflurane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, haemodynamic instability, hypertension, pulmonary oedema, sepsis , tachycardia. Sevoflurane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, ATRACURIUM BESYLATE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
