Sevoflurane side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Oct 15, 2007. Male patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with maintenance of anaesthesia, induction of anaesthesia, hypertension and was treated with Sevoflurane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriospasm coronary, cardiac arrest , hyperkalaemia, ventricular fibrillation. Sevoflurane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, REMIFENTANIL HYDROCHLORIDE, CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKERS. Patient recovered.
