Female patient, 51 years of age, weighting 174.2 lb, was diagnosed with panic disorder  and was treated with Serzone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: appetite disorder, arthralgia, asthenia, blepharospasm, disturbance in attention, dry mouth, fatigue, headache , insomnia. Serzone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, REMERON. Patient recovered.

Serzone dosage: 7-28-99 DOSE STARTED AT 50 MG 2TABS DAILY, 10-26-99 DOSE 100MG BID, 12-17-01 DOSE 100MG BEDTIME. During the same period patient was treated with ZITHROMAX, BUSPAR, ALLEGRA, BIAXIN, CIPRO, CARISOPRODOL, LEVAQUIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
