After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: epileptic aura, grand mal convulsion, headache , loss of consciousness, vertigo. Sertraline dosage: 25 MG ON DAY 1, TITRATED UNTIL 200 MG ON DAY 42. During the same period patient was treated with OLANZAPINE, LORAZEPAM. Patient recovered.
