Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 235.5 lb, was diagnosed with anxiety , nervousness, bipolar i disorder, metabolic syndrome  and was treated with Seroquel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dizziness , fatigue, irritability, malaise, muscle spasms, myalgia, oedema peripheral, type 2 diabetes mellitus. Seroquel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, XANAX, VYTORIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
