Seroplex Side Effects Report #4730075-1
Seroplex side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on July 12, 2005. Female patient, 95 years of age, was diagnosed with major depression and was treated with Seroplex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, confusional state, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hypokalaemia, international normalised ratio increased. Seroplex dosage: 5 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, FLECAINIDE ACETATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/04/2005.

Seroplex side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Nov 21, 2006. Male patient, 43 years of age, weighting 205.0 lb, was diagnosed with depression What is  depression and was treated with Seroplex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: behcet's syndrome What is  behcet's syndrome, condition aggravated, cytolytic hepatitis, dilatation atrial, dilatation ventricular, haemoglobin decreased, international normalised ratio increased, neutrophil count decreased. Seroplex dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with MIRTAZAPINE, VALPROATE, AREDIA, ZOCOR, LORAZEPAM, NOCTRAN, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, MESNA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal haematoma, anaemia, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, haematemesis, international normalised ratio increased, peritoneal haemorrhage, shock. Seroplex dosage: 5 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with KARDEGIC, PREVISCAN, PLAVIX, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, DIGOXINE NATIVELLE, PRAVASTATIN, OMEPRAZOLE, IKOREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/23/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, international normalised ratio increased, somnolence, vomiting. Seroplex dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with PREVISCAN, ANAFRANIL, CIPROFLOXACIN, PARKINANE. Patient died.
