Seroplex Side Effects Report #5049316-9
Seroplex side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on June 20, 2006. Male patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with dysthymic disorder and was treated with Seroplex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: emphysema, exposure to toxic agent, intentional overdose, intentional self-injury, interstitial lung disease, pleural effusion, suicide attempt. Seroplex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cytolytic hepatitis, intentional overdose, suicide attempt. Seroplex dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDROCORTISONE, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, delirium, hepatic failure, hepatic steatosis, intentional overdose, jaundice cholestatic, lung disorder, renal failure acute, septic shock. Seroplex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXAZEPAM. Patient died on 05/18/2006.

During the same period patient was treated with OXAZEPAM, VENTOLIN, RISPERDAL, METHADONE, CODEINE, ALCOHOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
