Seroplex Side Effects Report #4730075-1
Seroplex side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on July 12, 2005. Female patient, 95 years of age, was diagnosed with major depression and was treated with Seroplex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , confusional state, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hypokalaemia, international normalised ratio increased. Seroplex dosage: 5 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, FLECAINIDE ACETATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/04/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood osmolarity decreased, cerebral atrophy, convulsion, epilepsy , hypokalaemia, hyponatraemia, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, loss of consciousness. Seroplex dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with EQUANIL, HALDOL, MEPRONIZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with GLICLAZIDE, METFORMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
