Seroplex Side Effects Report #5087222-4
Seroplex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Aug 07, 2006. Male patient, 58 years of age, was treated with Seroplex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, coma, multi-organ failure, ventricular dysfunction, ventricular fibrillation. Seroplex dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with CARDENSIEL, PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE, GLUCOPHAGE, LASIX, PRAVASTATIN, ASPEGIC, DAFALGAN, DIAMICRON. Patient died on 07/05/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, coma, coronary artery bypass , multi-organ failure, ventricular fibrillation. Seroplex dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with CARDENSIEL, PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE, GLUCOPHAGE, LASIX, PRAVASTATIN, ASPEGIC, DAFALGAN, DIAMICRON. Patient died on 07/05/2006.

Seroplex side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on June 29, 2006. Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with constipation  and was treated with Seroplex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, blood calcium decreased, blood chloride decreased, cardio-respiratory arrest, cardiogenic shock, cardiomyopathy , cerebral disorder, confusional state, dialysis . Seroplex dosage: 5 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with LAXATIVES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Seroplex dosage: 15 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with TIAPRIDAL, ARIPIPRAZOLE, PRAZEPAM, IMOVANE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/01/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood human chorionic gonadotropin positive, cardio-respiratory arrest, chills, delusion, feeling hot, lactic acidosis. Seroplex dosage: 15 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with TIAPRIDAL, ARIPIPRAZOLE, CYTOTEC, MIFEPRISTONE, PRAZEPAM, IMOVANE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/01/2006.
