Seroplex and cardiac arrest Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Seroplex Side Effects Report #4978771-5
Seroplex side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Mar 31, 2006. Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with angina pectoris, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Seroplex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal haematoma, abdominal pain , anaemia, blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest , haematemesis, haemobilia, haemoglobin decreased. Seroplex dosage: 5 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with KARDEGIC, PREVISCAN, PLAVIX, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, DIGOXINE NATIVELLE, PRAVASTATIN, OMEPRAZOLE, IKOREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/23/2006.

Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with angina pectoris, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Seroplex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal haematoma, anaemia, cardiac arrest , haematemesis, international normalised ratio increased, peritoneal haemorrhage, shock. Seroplex dosage: 5 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with KARDEGIC, PREVISCAN, PLAVIX, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, DIGOXINE NATIVELLE, PRAVASTATIN, OMEPRAZOLE, IKOREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/23/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , fatigue, myocardial ischaemia, productive cough. Seroplex dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with STAGID, TRANDATE, ZOCOR, VALSARTAN, PLAVIX, ASPIRIN, REPAGLINIDE. Patient died on 06/17/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, blood calcium decreased, blood chloride decreased, cardiac arrest , cardiogenic shock, cardiomyopathy , cerebral disorder, confusional state, dialysis . Seroplex dosage: 5 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with LAXATIVES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
