Female patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with asthma  and was treated with Serevent. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anoxic encephalopathy, asthma , injury asphyxiation, lung hyperinflation, pain , respiratory arrest. Serevent dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/15/2005.
