Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma  and was treated with Serevent. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, asthma , atelectasis, body temperature decreased, bruxism, cardiac arrest , chest discomfort, chest pain , chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Serevent dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLOVENT, ADVAIR HFA, COMBIVENT, LISINOPRIL, PREDNISONE, FLEXERIL, ZANTAC, BACTRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/02/2006.
