Septra side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Dec 04, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with cystitis, depressive delusion and was treated with Septra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt prolonged. Septra dosage: 960 MG X 3 DOSES. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERIDONE, CITALOPRAM, RAMIPRIL, NIFEDIPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 59 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with antibiotic prophylaxis, hiv test positive  and was treated with Septra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, dehydration, dizziness , electrocardiogram qt prolonged, fall , fatigue, feeling abnormal, loss of consciousness, orthostatic hypotension. Septra dosage: 80/400MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with TRIZIVIR, DELAVIRDINE, NORVIR, INVIRASE, AZITHROMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
