Septra Side Effects Report #4752265-4
Septra side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 12, 2005. Female patient, 19 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection , cellulitis  and was treated with Septra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, confusional state, csf protein increased, fatigue, hallucination, auditory, hallucination, visual, hyponatraemia, hypophosphataemia, mental status changes. Septra dosage: 160/800 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with OXACILLIN, VITAMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, confusional state, cytolytic hepatitis, encephalitis herpes, face oedema, hypersensitivity, lymphadenopathy, neurological symptom. Septra dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with MEMANTINE, TRIMETHOPRIM, DONEPEZIL, PAROXETINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain oedema, confusional state, csf protein increased, delirium, intracranial pressure increased, rash , toxicologic test abnormal. Septra dosage: unknown. Patient died on 06/13/2007.
