During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, BECLOMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE, CALCICHEW D, FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE, OMEPRAZOLE, SALBUTAMOL SULPHATE, SALMETEROL XINAFOATE.
