Secotex side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 19, 2009. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and was treated with Secotex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dry mouth, headache What is  headache, hypotension, nausea What is  nausea, vertigo. Secotex dosage: .4MG. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN, ASPIRIN, ATACAND. Patient recovered.
