Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia, limb discomfort, sleep disorder  and was treated with Secalip. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: liver disorder, myalgia, pyrexia, renal disorder, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Secalip dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CELECOXIB, HERBAL PREPARATION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
