Sebivo Side Effects Report #5694902-6
Sebivo side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Mar 27, 2008. Male patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatitis b  and was treated with Sebivo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, bile duct stent insertion, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, cholestasis, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hepatic enzyme abnormal, liver disorder. Sebivo dosage: 600MG EVERY 72 HOURS. During the same period patient was treated with HEPATITIS B IMMUNE GLOBULIN, RAPAMUNE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bilirubin conjugated increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood bilirubin unconjugated increased, cholelithiasis, mobility decreased, pain , poor quality sleep, protein total decreased, pruritus. Sebivo dosage: 600 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with HUGANNING, URSO FALK, ORYZANOL. Patient recovered.

Sebivo dosage: 600 MG QD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/04/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood bilirubin unconjugated increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb, blood gases abnormal. Sebivo dosage: 600 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/04/2008.

Sebivo dosage: 600 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with PEGASYS, ENTECAVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
