Sebivo and anorexia Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Sebivo Side Effects Report #6122239-X
Sebivo side effect was reported by a Physician from CHINA on Mar 13, 2009. Male patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatitis b  and was treated with Sebivo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, angiopathy, anorexia, arrhythmia , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, blood pressure decreased, coma, disseminated intravascular coagulation. Sebivo dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HEPSERA, LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, angiopathy, anorexia, arrhythmia , arterial catheterisation, atrial hypertrophy, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, blood pressure decreased. Sebivo dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HEPSERA, LAMIVUDINE, TAZOCIN, PANTOPRAZOLE, ESSENTIALETE N, COMPOUND GLYCYRRHIZIN, ULINASTATIN, ALPROSTADIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, anuria, arrhythmia , aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthma , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased. Sebivo dosage: 600 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with ENTECAVIR, CROCI STIGMA, DIURETICS. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood bilirubin unconjugated increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb, blood gases abnormal. Sebivo dosage: 600 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/04/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acinetobacter infection, activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, altered state of consciousness, anorexia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, blood lactic acid increased, blood pressure fluctuation, burkholderia cepacia infection. Sebivo dosage: 600 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with ADEFOVIR DIPIVOXIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Sebivo dosage: 600 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with PEGASYS, ENTECAVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
