Female patient, 39 years of age, weighting 189.0 lb, was diagnosed with dysmenorrhoea, migraine  and was treated with Seasonale. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism , pulmonary infarction, vein disorder. Seasonale dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ovarian disorder, pelvic congestion, pelvic pain , vein disorder, venogram abnormal. Seasonale dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WOMEN. Patient recovered.
