Female patient, 25 years of age, weighting 146.6 lb, was diagnosed with oral contraception and was treated with Seasonale. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pain in extremity, pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism, pulmonary infarction, tachycardia. Seasonale dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, DIAZEPAM, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
