Female patient, 28 years of age, weighting 145.9 lb, was diagnosed with oral contraception, migraine , dysthymic disorder and was treated with Seasonale. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion induced, pregnancy on oral contraceptive. Seasonale dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BUTALBITAL, LAMICTAL, SEROQUEL. Patient died.
