Scopolamine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 21, 2006. Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with postoperative care, vitrectomy and was treated with Scopolamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, aspiration, cerebrovascular accident, confusional state, convulsion, encephalopathy, fall What is  fall, infection What is  infection, meningitis viral. Scopolamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SCOPOLAMINE OPHTH SOLUTION, MOXIFLOXACIN, URSODIOL, AZITHROMYCIN, CEFTRIAXONE, HALOPERIDOL, LEVOFLOXACIN, ACYCLOVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Scopolamine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 29, 2005. Male patient, 61 years of age, was treated with Scopolamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood creatinine increased, blood immunoglobulin g decreased, blood urea increased, c-reactive protein increased, chills, coma, convulsion, csf lactate dehydrogenase increased. Scopolamine dosage: 1.5MG PATCH EVERY THREE DAYS. During the same period patient was treated with AMPICILLIN, ACYCLOVIR, CEFTAZIDIME, NORVASC, FAMOTIDINE, TEGRETOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/30/2005.
