Scopolamine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 21, 2006. Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with postoperative care, vitrectomy and was treated with Scopolamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, aspiration, cerebrovascular accident, confusional state, convulsion, encephalopathy, fall , infection , meningitis viral. Scopolamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SCOPOLAMINE OPHTH SOLUTION, MOXIFLOXACIN, URSODIOL, AZITHROMYCIN, CEFTRIAXONE, HALOPERIDOL, LEVOFLOXACIN, ACYCLOVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
