After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, incorrect dose administered, off label use, somnolence. Scopoderm dosage: 105 MG, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE, MEMANTINE. Patient recovered.

Scopoderm dosage: 1.5 MG, Q72H, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFAN, TIAPRIDAL, INDAPAMIDE, COVERSYL, RANITIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ASPIRIN, LANSOYL, MOVICOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/22/2006.
