Saxagliptin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from GERMANY on Oct 05, 2007. Female patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Saxagliptin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastritis erosive, pancreatitis acute. Saxagliptin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, DIGOXIN, VINPOCETINE, SOTALOL HYDROCHLORIDE, ASPIRIN, DROTAVERINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
