Saquinavir Side Effects Report #5129566-3
Saquinavir side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on June 15, 1999. Male patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Saquinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hepatic neoplasm malignant, hypoaesthesia, injection site haemorrhage, osteonecrosis . Saquinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NELFINAVIR, ZALCITABINE, DICLOFENAC, INDINIVIR SULPHATE, LAMIVUDINE, STAVUDINE, BACTRIM, DIFLUCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hepatic neoplasm malignant, hypoaesthesia, injection site haemorrhage, osteonecrosis . Saquinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NELFINAVIR, ZALCITABINE, VOLTAREN, CRIXIVAN, EPIVIR, ZERIT, BAKTAR, DIFLUCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/26/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: duodenal ulcer haemorrhage, femur fracture, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hepatic neoplasm malignant, hypoaesthesia, injection site haemorrhage, osteonecrosis . Saquinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NELFINAVIR, ZALCITABINE, VOLTAREN, CRIXIVAN, EPIVIR, ZERIT, BAKTAR, DIFLUCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/26/2006.
