Saquinavir Side Effects Report #5685059-6
Saquinavir side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 03, 2000. Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Saquinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysarthria, jc virus infection, leukoencephalopathy, muscular weakness, nervous system disorder, neurological symptom, progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy. Saquinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with STAVUDINE, LAMIVUDINE, DIDANOSINE, INDINIVIR SULPHATE, NEVIRAPINE. Patient died.
