Male patient, 86 years of age, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with wound debridement and was treated with Santyl. Santyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with QUETIAPINE FUMARATE, MINTAZAPINE, AMLODIPINE, ASPIRIN, TYLENOL, KEFLEX, METFORMIN, LISINOPRIL. Patient died.
