Male patient, weighting 97.00 lb, was diagnosed with pancreatic leak, infection prophylaxis, hypertension, abdominal pain , pancreatitis acute and was treated with Sandostatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, agitation, altered state of consciousness, back pain , delirium, disorientation, fall , hyponatraemia, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. Sandostatin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SULPERAZON, TANATRIL, CONIEL, FAMOTIDINE, PENTAGIN, ATARAX, NAFAMOSTAT, FUTHAN. Patient recovered.
