Sandimmune side effect was reported by a Physician from NORWAY on Apr 28, 2006. Male patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with sarcoidosis and was treated with Sandimmune. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: c-reactive protein increased, heart rate increased, renal failure. Sandimmune dosage: 200 MG, BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Sandimmune dosage: 125 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with CIPRALEX, CEFUROXIME AXETIL, IMUREK, PERFALGAN, VANCOMYCIN, ROCEPHIN, MEMANTINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, blood lactic acid increased, blood ph decreased, blood pressure decreased, c-reactive protein increased, cardiac arrest , dyspnoea, fatigue. Sandimmune dosage: 270 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with CELLCEPT, URBASON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/18/2006.

Sandimmune dosage: 2.8 MG/KG/D. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, PROGRAF. Patient died.
